Partner Commitment Term

By accepting this term of commitment, I acknowledge and agree with the following:

1. Nature of Collaboration: I understand that my collaboration with the Company will be as an independent partner and not as an employee. I will not be entitled to employment benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation or overtime compensation.

2. Provision of Services: I undertake to provide high quality translation services as requested by the Company. I am aware that I must meet established deadlines and should maintain the confidentiality of all information and documents to which I have access during the collaboration.

3. Payment: I understand that I will be paid by services provided to the Company in accordance with the terms agreed on each specific project. Details regarding remuneration, payment method and conditions will be defined in a separate contract for each project.

4. Fiscal and Tax Responsibilities: I acknowledge my responsibility for any taxes, contributions or tax obligations arising from the provision of services to the Company as an independent partner. I acknowledge that the Company will not be responsible for withholding or collecting any taxes on my behalf.

5. Termination: This term of commitment may be terminated by either party upon prior written notice. Upon termination, I commit to completing ongoing projects and returning any Company materials or property in my possession.

6. Confidentiality: I undertake to keep confidential all Company confidential information, including but not limited to customer data, business strategies and proprietary information, during and after the collaboration ends.

 

By signing this term of commitment, I declare that I have read, understood, and agreed with all the terms and conditions set out above.
